Speakers

Dr. Peter Williams is the CEO of Tyndale House Cambridge and a Honorary Senior Lecturer in Biblical Studies at the University of Aberdeen and a lecturer at University of Cambridge. He earned his M.A., MPhil., and PhD. at Cambridge University studying ancient languages related to the Bible. Dr. Williams is now recognized as one of the foremost Old and New Testament language scholars in the world. He has spoken in locations across the US and the world on Biblical subjects including Bible translation and apologetics.

Dr. Wayne Grudem is Research Professor of Theology and Biblical Studies at Phoenix Seminary in Phoenix, Arizona. He received a B.A. from Harvard University, an M.Div. and a D.D. from Westminster Seminary, Philadelphia, and a Ph.D. (in New Testament) from the University of Cambridge, England. He has published twenty books, including his newest book, The Poverty of Nations: A Sustainable Solution, which was published in August, 2013. He was also the General Editor for the 2.1 million-word ESV Study Bible (Evangelical Christian Publishers Association Book of the Year and Worldmagazine book of the year, 2009). He is a past president of the Evangelical Theological Society, a co-founder and past president of the Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood, and a member of the Translation Oversight Committee for the English Standard Version of the Bible.

Dr. John Meade is professor of Old Testament at Phoenix Seminary. His research interests and publications are related to Origen’s Hexapla ( www.hexapla.org), the Septuagint, Dead Sea Scrolls, textual criticism of the Hebrew Bible, and biblical theology. He serves the local church through teaching and leading small groups.

Dr. John DelHousaye is professor of New Testament at Phoenix Seminary. His academic interests include Jesus, Judaism, the Church Fathers and Mothers, gender, justice, non-Western expressions of Christianity, and spiritual formation. He serves the local church through preaching and teaching, as well as through the development of discipleship materials.
