Worship services are a vital part of Christian discipleship. A unity of purpose and common goal shared by worship leaders and pastors for Sunday gatherings can create a laser-like focus helping us to glorify God and edify his people more fully. Join us for a day of both biblical and practical encouragement on how to both shape our worship and lead worship that shapes us.
For nearly a decade, modern hymn writer Keith Getty has enjoyed sharing with Christian leaders around the world his vision for hymns, worship and the importance of strengthening the church with a body of songs that can be sung for life.
Chris Daukas serves as the Lead Pastor at Grace Church in Peoria, AZ. He has served in several churches as the primary worship leader before planting Grace in 2009. He enjoys still getting to lead on Sundays from time to time!
Malachi Tresler serves as Pastoral Assistant of Worship at Trinity Bible Church. He grew up in the Phoenix metro area and received his bachelor's from ASU in 2006. Malachi is a gifted musician with a desire to see worship that is theologically sound and passionate. |
